About the Role:
Vision International School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Buddhism Teacher to join our Upper School team for Grades 9–11. The ideal candidate will inspire students through Buddhist teachings, moral values, cultural understanding, and spiritual development while creating an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver Buddhism lessons for students in Grades 9–11
• Develop engaging learning activities and assessments aligned with curriculum standards
• Promote Buddhist values, ethics, mindfulness, and cultural awareness
• Encourage student participation and interactive learning experiences
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities and events
• Support students’ academic, moral, and personal development

Candidate Requirements
Relevant qualifications in Buddhism, Religious Studies, Education, or related field
Strong subject knowledge in Buddhism and related concepts
Teaching experience preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Passion for educating and guiding students
Ability to create an engaging and student-centered learning environment
Good classroom management and organizational skills
