About the Role:
Vision International School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Health Science Teacher to join our Upper School team for Grades 9–11. The ideal candidate will inspire students to understand health, human biology, wellness, and scientific concepts while promoting healthy lifestyles and critical thinking skills in a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver Health Science lessons for students in Grades 9–11
• Develop engaging learning activities, practical lessons, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards
• Encourage scientific inquiry, health awareness, and active student participation
• Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and disciplined classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events and activities
• Support students’ academic growth and personal development
Candidate Requirements
Relevant qualifications in Health Science, Biology, Education, or related field
Strong subject knowledge in Health Science and related areas
Teaching experience preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Passion for educating and guiding students
Ability to create an engaging and student-centered learning environment
Good classroom management and organizational skills
